Following up on their award winning collaboration with Bad Robot on Star Trek, Blue Giant shot and produced 10 pieces – over 90 minutes of content – for the Super 8 Blu-ray.

Our goal in everything we create is to defy expectations, to over-achieve, to create quality where it is not required. Super 8 was a personal film for JJ Abrams, and we set out to make bonus content that reflected the care and attention to detail he put into the film.

The content we created was critically praised, our favorite quote being, “Even JJ’s interview has flares!” That said, our favorite “reviews” come from the emails we receive from filmmakers, film students and film teachers who recognize the care we put into the work.
