We’re always looking to grow our talent pool of DPs and/or camera operators. In addition to having a smokin’ reel, we’re looking for:
- Confidence and Command. No matter the size of the production, the DP is the leader of the camera department. Confident command only comes through experience. Which is why we’re looking for DPs and shooters with at least five years of experience leading crews of all sizes.
- All-In Attitude. We live for that elusive “HOLY SHIT, HOW COOL IS THAT?!” rush when you land the perfect shot or capture a transcendent moment. We love working with DPs and shooters who are addicted to the same drug.
- A Big Bag of Tricks. This doesn’t mean we’re looking for gearheads. Knowing the signal-to-noise ratio of the Epic Dragon does not make one a DP. That said, we love DPs who know the advantages and disadvantages of new and old gear, and are willing to try anything to make a shot more awesome.
